Subscription Terms
These terms explain how Emberwell subscriptions are billed, renewed and cancelled. They are part of our Terms of Service.
Plans and prices
Our standard plans are listed on the pricing page. Prices may vary by country, platform and promotional offers. The price, billing period and any trial are shown to you before you confirm, and the price shown at checkout is the one that applies. Taxes may apply.
Free trials
If your plan starts with a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you are charged the plan price when the trial ends. Free trials are limited to one per person.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (for example every week, month or year) for the same period and at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged within the 24 hours before the new period starts. It keeps renewing until you cancel. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal. Where the law or the store requires your consent to a price increase, we will ask for it.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next one. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Bought on our website: use the “manage subscription” link in your receipt email from Paddle, or email support@getemberwell.app and we will cancel it for you.
- Google Play: open the Google Play Store → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Emberwell → Cancel subscription.
- App Store: open Settings on your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions → Emberwell → Cancel Subscription.
Deleting the app, or your account, does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in the store as described above.
